BigDoor works with leadership and operating teams that have valuable AI opportunities but need somebody to own the practical path through discovery, architecture, integration, evaluation, deployment and adoption.

How we work

We start with the workflow. The model, agent framework or automation platform comes later. Architecture should follow the people, data, systems, permissions and quality bar that already shape the job.

A useful deployment must survive contact with production, users, security constraints and business measurement.

What we do not optimise for

Demo theatre, automation for its own sake, or forcing an agent into a workflow that a simpler deterministic system can handle better.
